Q.  Where do you get your information from?
A.  We have access to an incredible amount of information which consists
of professional electronic data bases linked to county, state and federal
offices.  In addition, we maintain our own database, and excellent
communication systems with researchers, field investigators, agencies
and associations throughout the world.

Q.  How long will it take to get investigative and surveillance results?
A.  All case assignments are activated the same business day they are
received.  Field surveillance and investigation services could take hours,
days or weeks.  We will provide you with a time evaluation of your situation,
which will be fairly estimated and submitted in writing prior to the
commencement of your request.

Q.  How long will it take to obtain requested information?
A.  Some information may be obtained within a hour.  Most information is
obtained in 48 hours.  With some exceptions, it could take up to five
business days to obtain out of state information.

Q.  Are you Licensed?
A.  Yes, we are licensed by the State of Florida.

Q.  Has your company or employees ever been involved in litigation?
A.  No.  We have not been sued and do not have any suits or adverse
situations pending.

Q.  Is there geographic limitations to where your investigations may be
conducted?
A.  No.  We travel everywhere.  We have no geographic limitations.
Q.  Is there anything you can not do?
A.  Yes, we are licensed by the state, city, county and federal laws.  In addition,
there is an industry code of ethics and our own company code of morals we
respect, observe and are regulated by.

Q.  What is your specialty?
A.  We believe we are experts in every service we list on this web site.  You
can count on our professional services and accurate results.  All services are
rendered with pride and integrity and are always treated special.

Q.  How do your clients pay for services?
A.  We require a retainer to be paid in advance for all services requested from
new clients.  Existing clients who maintain active accounts within the past six
months may establish a line of credit for future billing.

Q.  When are your services available?
A.  Our services are available 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Q.  How do you determine the cost of your services?
A.  We charge by the hour, plus expenses and applicable taxes.  All hours and
expenses are documented daily and are audited for accuracy.

Q.  How can you be contacted for a personal meeting?
A.  Please call or email us.  We are available from 6:00 am through 9:00 pm
Monday through Sunday Eastern Standard Time.

Q.  Are you open to strategic alliances with other licensed companies,
organizations and or association?
A.  Yes.  Please contact us accordingly.
